Completion & Commissioning: New Milestones in IPPR's EPC and Design Projects
published Date:2026-02-28
information sources:

Anchored to new goals and forging ahead with renewed momentum, IPPR has achieved a series of breakthroughs across logistics, healthcare, laboratories, and other sectors. Multiple projects have been successfully completed and put into operation, laying a solid foundation for high-quality market expansion and project delivery.

Completion

New Branch Campus Project of Affiliated Yongchuan Hospital of Chongqing Medical University

Scope of Work: EPC General Contracting

Building Area: 178,000 m2

Planned Beds: 1,200

With IPPR as the consortium leader, the project comprises two major functional zones: an outpatient and inpatient integrated building, and a teaching and living support area. The outpatient and inpatient complex is designed to handle 3,000 outpatient and emergency visits per day, precisely meeting the needs of a "general hospital + critical care" model, and achieving full separation of patient flow, medical staff flow, material flow, and waste flow.

The project is equipped with 20 high-standard operating rooms (including five Class 100 operating cleanrooms), as well as advanced medical equipment such as MRI, CT, DR, DSA, linear accelerators, and PET-CT systems, providing robust hardware support for complex surgeries and precision diagnosis and treatment. Upon commissioning, it will deliver higher-quality, more efficient, and safer healthcare services to local populations.

High-End Environmental Protection Equipment Industrialization Base of Changzhou JiangNan Environment Engineering Co., Ltd.

Scope of Work: EPC General Contracting

With IPPR as the consortium leader, the project includes the construction of one R&D workshop and one production workshop, along with supporting infrastructure such as municipal works, landscaping, parking facilities, and an emergency accident pool. The R&D workshop is a five-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground, primarily used for research, development, and office functions, integrating electrical assembly, pilot testing, and scientific research activities. The production workshop is a four-span, single-story steel structure, dedicated to the manufacturing of tanks, dosing systems, skid mounted units, and standardized products.

The new base will support JiangNan Environmental in becoming a leader in the field of new industrialized environmental protection equipment, while also injecting strong momentum into SINOMACH's advancement in intelligent equipment manufacturing.

Relocation Project of Tangshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Scope of Work: Design

Building Area: 186,000 m2

Planned Beds: 1,200

As a key public welfare project in the region, the initiative focuses on developing cardiovascular medicine as a nationally recognized specialty in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), while establishing provincial-level key departments dedicated to spleen and stomach diseases and endocrinology. It aims to establish a regional TCM diagnosis and treatment center that leads Hebei Province and holds strong brand influence across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

The design features seamless integration of tradition and innovation. Through an expansive, axial composition, the project expresses a modern Eastern charm, creating a hospital building?that is "traditional yet contemporary". By organically integrating medical functions with regional culture, it develops a highly distinctive healthcare environment. Upon completion, the project will effectively alleviate the shortage of local medical resources and provide residents with higher-quality, more accessible healthcare services.

New Construction Project of Changtai District Hospital

Scope of Work: Design

Building Area: 106,000 m2

Planned Beds: 700

The project integrates core medical technology departments, including imaging, laboratory, and surgical units, and is equipped with advanced, streamlined medical systems. It establishes a modern regional healthcare center characterized by "strong specialties supported by general services". As a key local initiative, Changtai District Hospital in Zhangzhou serves as a cornerstone project to address shortcomings in healthcare provision and safeguard public well-being. Once completed, it will significantly enhance the region's medical services.

Guided by the principles of "patient-centered and healthcare-oriented design", the project adopts the theme of "Curved Eaves Courtyard & Landscapes in Mist". The swallowtail ridges and saddleback roofs of traditional Minnan (southern Fujian) red-brick houses are applied, embedding traditional red elements into the design, as a way to continue Zhangzhou's architectural heritage while harmonizing with its natural landscape features.

Commissioning

Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport Phase III Expansion & Air Traffic Control Project

Scope of Work: Design

This project is a major undertaking under the Air Traffic Management Bureau, Civil Aviation Administration, during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and is recognized as the "No. 1 Project" of Gansu Civil Aviation Airport Group. Located along the "Air Silk Road" economic corridor, the project serves as a critical engine driving the in-depth advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative.

The project draws design inspiration from the "Silk Road" and the "Flying Apsaras of Dunhuang". With its fluid and graceful architectural form, the control tower and the air traffic control facilities complement one another, showcasing the distinctive regional culture of Lanzhou. By ingeniously applying topological techniques, the project overcomes challenges in its architectural form and structure, achieving an integrated design of the tower's overall functions and an innovative layout for the "three bright rooms" configuration at the top. It also successfully resolves key fire safety challenges in the control tower. The project also integrates AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things), big data, and digital twin technologies to enable digital simulation of operational scenarios, as well as intelligent control and digital management of security systems and MEP equipment.

Beijing Vaccine Testing Center

Scope of Work: Design

Building Area: 16,000 m2

The project comprises five specialized laboratories required for vaccine inspection, including a viral vaccine lab, a bacterial vaccine lab, an animal lab, a microbiology lab, and a comprehensive lab, along with supporting facilities. It covers all testing items for vaccines manufactured in Beijing.

The center is capable of meeting the annual testing demand for approximately 4,000–4,500 vaccine lots and is equipped to handle lot release testing for newly launched vaccines over the next 5–10 years. At the same time, it supports the R&D needs of new biopharmaceuticals, such as novel vaccines, new antibody drugs, and cell and gene therapy products, providing full-chain quality control technical support for the city's innovative R&D of bioproducts.
