Among them are one Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering who has worked at the company, six National Engineering Survey and Design Masters, one talent listed in the National Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Project, one recipient of the Liang Sicheng Architecture Prize, and 94 experts enjoying special government allowances from the State Council.
The company has 12 functional departments, 5 research departments and 15 business departments. It operates 7 secondary legal entities in Beijing, Shanghai, Hainan, Xiamen, Changchun, and Nanjing, along with 15 branches in Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hubei, Xinjiang, Chongqing, Xi'an, and Xiong'an, as well as an overseas office in Uzbekistan.
IPPR boasts strong technical expertise and research capabilities. It operates several provincial and ministerial-level R&D platforms, including the Beijing Enterprise Technology Center and Beijing Design Innovation Center, along with over a dozen specialized technical research centers. The company has led or participated in the development of over 100 engineering standards and has served as the chief editor of more than 40 national standard drawing sets.
