Pilot Sites of Xiong'an Science and Technology Innovation Center (Phase IV)
Scope of Work: Conceptual design, preliminary design, construction drawing design, and related design supporting services
Building Area: 83,900 m2
The project is planned as a modern science and innovation park integrating pilot-scale production facilities, testing centers, talent apartments, and supporting infrastructure. Focusing on cutting-edge industries such as information technology and high-end equipment, the park is committed to building a full-chain innovation platform that combines technology R&D, pilot-scale transformation, testing and validation, and business incubation.
In line with the national strategy for Xiong'an New Area, the project benchmarks against world-class technology?innovation bases. By developing a?high-standard industrial hub characterized by intelligence, sustainability, and multifunctional integration, it aims to create a demonstrative pilot test base and a regional industrial innovation engine with "global vision, international standards, and Xiong'an characteristics".

Integrated Transportation Hub & Civil Aviation Engineering of Lize City Airport Terminal
Scope of Work: Design
Building Area: 305,300 m2
The project comprises four major functional components: a city terminal, transfer and public service facilities, a rail transit station, and integrated development supporting facilities. As the nation's first "station-city integration" project featuring a five-line interchange combined with transportation connectivity and public services, it serves as an extension of Beijing Daxing International Airport's services into the city center. Passengers will be able to complete check-in and baggage drop-off at the urban terminal. The project is both China's first city terminal baggage handling system and the first cross-industry integration project between civil aviation and rail transit.
Upgrade and Renovation of Casting Production Line of Northwest Aluminum Corporation Limited
Scope of Work: Project management, construction supervision, cost consulting, and design consulting services
Design Capacity: Annual output of 16,000 tons of ingots
The project involves complex production processes, integration of large-scale non-standard equipment, and coordinated renovation and construction of existing facilities. It aims to comprehensively enhance process standards, automation levels, and production capacity in the casting operations.
Ward Renovation and Capacity Enhancement Project of Peking University Third Hospital
Scope of Work: Renovation Design
Building Area: 27,400 m2
The project covers the relocation of Internal Medicine Ward 1, the Ophthalmology & ENT Building, and MEP utility stations, as well as external pipeline works. Guided by four key principles of "future readiness, human-centered care, green and low-carbon development, and smart operations", the project upgrades multi-bed wards into double rooms, implements age-friendly bathroom renovations, and optimizes the building facade for energy efficiency. It also upgrades systems such as water supply and drainage, fire protection, HVAC, power and low voltage, and medical gas, along with improved barrier-free facilities and signage systems to strengthen patient-centered care. Through scientific construction drawings, the project aims?to?fundamentally improve the healthcare environment and enhance the safety, comfort, and accessibility of medical services.

Located within the International Information Port of China Mobile, the project serves as a key carrier supporting the national information infrastructure layout. Adhering to the philosophy of "dedicated planning and service orientation", it leverages high-quality planning to support the park's development, providing systematic guidance for its functional optimization and sustainable growth.
Comprehensive Implementation Scheme for Redevelopment of Dangerous Housing of Puhuangyu Yili & Sili, Fengtai District
Scope of Work: Urban design, transportation planning, municipal infrastructure planning, and landscape planning
Located in Dongtiejiangying Subdistrict of Fengtai District, the project follows the philosophy of "high-quality delivery through craftsmanship and development based on public needs" while incorporating the requirements of the Fengtai District master plan and the Fangzhuang area regulatory plan. Based on the four specialized planning components, the project has developed comprehensive and detailed implementation plans in terms of regional coordination, execution strategies, and financial planning. It offers solid planning support for the smooth advancement of resettlement housing projects in Fengtai, helping build secure and comfortable housing for thousands of households.
