Recently, Jinyuan Building, jointly designed by IPPR and IPPR (Xiamen), was recognized as an AAA-level prefabricated building. With a remarkable prefabrication rate of 91%, the business landmark becomes the first high-rise building over 200 meters in Fujian Province to receive this certification. Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Housing and Construction has commended the project and increased its online visibility.
As the headquarters building of Jinyuan Investment Group, Jinyuan Building is located in the core area of the Cross-Strait Financial Center in Xiamen. It has a total building area of approximately 118,000 m2 and a height of 215 meters. The project is closely aligned with China's development priorities, such as new industrialization, green and low-carbon growth, and disaster prevention and mitigation. It represents a significant shift of Fujian's construction industry toward industrialization, digitalization, and intelligence, and is expected to deliver both economic and social benefits upon completion.
