Zanzibar Government New Town, Tanzania

The project comprises 21 office buildings, a conference building, a mosque, and a commercial building, among others. It provides office and conference facilities, together with supporting services, for the 22 ministries of the Zanzibar government. It aims to create an open, interconnected, and technology-empowered government office cluster that blends into the island's ecological landscape, as well as a smart, efficient, eco-friendly, and sustainable government complex.
The master plan and landscape design are inspired by the clove blossom, incorporating classical Islamic formal aesthetics to reflect the architecture's natural and cultural identity. Fully adapted to local climatic conditions and guided by healthy building principles, the design employs integrated technical solutions to create a healthy and comfortable environment.
Zanzibar Parliament Building, Tanzania

Location: Zanzibar Island, Tanzania

The project serves as a comprehensive facility for parliamentary offices, meetings, and activities, including office buildings, conference buildings, a main assembly hall, a mosque, medical rooms, dormitories, and sports facilities.
Designed around the concept of "Wings of Zanzibar", the structure is laid out like outstretched wings, embodying equality, collaboration, and guardianship in governance. Its open forecourt and the "one body, two wings" form project a strong public image. The parliamentary hall adopts a modern Islamic dome featuring traditional local geometric motifs. Climate-adaptive design ensures effective shading, ventilation, and moisture and rain protection. Shaded corridors and open courtyards improve thermal comfort and substantially cut the building's energy use.
Natural History Museum, National Park of Hainan Tropical Rainforest

Location: Shuiman Township, Wuzhishan City, Hainan Province
Site Area: 51,800 m2
The National Park of Hainan Tropical Rainforest is one of China's first pilot projects under the national park system. It is also a key component of the National Pilot Zones for Eco-Environmental Conservation developed in the context of the Hainan Free Trade Port initiative.
As a major supporting facility and science popularization base for the national park, the project is located adjacent to the park, enjoying convenient access and a scenic setting. Designated for library and exhibition use, it aims to become a national natural history museum integrating science education, ecological display, cultural heritage, and tourism.
Haitong Auto Intelligent Supply Chain Service Center, Shanghai Port

Location: Waigaoqiao Logistics Park, Shanghai

The project covers an automated vehicle warehouse, a comprehensive building, multi-functional automotive service workshops, and other facilities, with a total parking capacity of 9,270 vehicles.
Leveraging Waigaoqiao Port's strategic location and industrial clustering, the project will attract businesses across the automotive supply chain, such as port-based auto logistics providers, shipping companies, freight forwarders, and ship agents, thus creating China's most complete automotive export logistics chain offering optimal services. It aims to support Chinese brands, including BYD, MG Motor, and Volvo, to expand overseas, and help upgrade Waigaoqiao Port into a world-class automotive hub integrating vehicle handling, trade, and logistics services.
Hefei Jinling Tianyi Smart Elderly Care Project

This project stands as a pivotal part?of?the?strategic layout of Jinling Pharmaceutical, a leading listed pharmaceutical enterprise, in the integrated medical and elderly care services sector. It is planned as a multifunctional medical-care complex integrating a tertiary rehabilitation hospital, a nursing center, and elderly care services. The project explores new models of smart elderly care, striving to become Anhui Province's first intelligent and multifunctional demonstration project for integrated medical and elderly care, and establish a new benchmark for urban full-cycle life and health management.
New Construction Project of the Second People's Hospital of Gu'an County

Location: Southern Gu'an County, Hebei Province

Featuring hot spring spa and rehabilitation services, the project will develop a Grade A Secondary rehabilitation hospital characterized by strong specialties within a compact general medical framework. Extending its reach to regional wellness and rehabilitation facilities, it will promote the big health concept of coordinated medical care, rehabilitation, and elderly care, while utilizing Gu'an's geothermal hot spring resources to achieve sustainable energy use. It will also align with the local "Hot Spring +" lifestyle strategy and deliver specialized medical services.
Upon completion, the hospital will serve as a comprehensive medical center for local residents, a regional rehabilitation center for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, a full lifecycle health management center for all age groups, and a medical support center for major events.
Urban Renewal and Development Study for the Core Area of Jiugong Town

Location: Daxing District, Beijing
The planning covers priorities including Jiugong Sports Park, industrial zone renovation, and smart parking. Aligning with the national strategy of urban renewal and the requirements of Beijing's 15th Five-Year Plan, it adheres to the principles of "Compact Growth, Eco-Integration, Sports Vitality, and?Tech-Driven Upgrade". The project adopts a spatial layout of "One Axis, Two Corridors, Three Centers, and Four Zones", aiming to build a demonstration zone integrating "Technology & Innovation Headquarters, Cultural Hub, and Smart Sports City".
Responsible Planner (Team) Project, Fengtai District

Situated near Fengtai Railway Station, a vital transport hub under China's "One Core, Two Wings" strategy, the project focuses on the implementation of regulatory plans for the station's surrounding area,?delivering end-to-end, cross-sector planning consultancy and targeted research support.
